What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?

I support the Wüest Partner Group with data-based information to help them make the best possible decisions in a given situation. Typically, I work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the company complies with all financial guidelines and, at the same time, that our processes are as efficient as possible for everyone involved.

What makes working at Wüest Partner special for you?

For me, working at Wüest Partner means a varied working day and the opportunity to make a positive difference. What’s more, there are lots of exciting projects, both large and small, and a team that’s all moving in the same direction.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?

Competence. Why do I say that? We have outstanding people in our teams who inspire with their expertise and passion.

What has been the most exciting project for you so far, and what did it involve?

One of the most continually exciting projects is integrating newly acquired companies. The challenge here is to integrate them holistically into the finance department’s existing structures while considering the operational processes of new companies.

How do you make an impact at Wüest Partner?

My contribution is to analyze and interpret financial data, but this can also include non-financial data, such as employee turnover. I want to provide our management partners with the best possible basis for decision-making.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

Our very pleasant and open company culture. Regardless of position, everyone’s concerns and suggestions are met with an open ear. Existing processes and structures are actively questioned and improved where possible.
