What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?

My job is to attract the best talent for the company. In my day-to-day work, I deal with campus recruiting for Wüest Partner. This includes organizing and running events, analyzing applicant profiles, conducting interviews, and ensuring that we select the best-qualified candidates for the various open positions. We want to bring the right people on board and attract new, young talent to our company.

What makes working at Wüest Partner special for you?

At Wüest Partner, I am immersed in a great company culture. Everyone can play an active part in shaping the real estate industry, and we can support that by hiring the right talent. Wüest Partner is dedicated to making the sector more sustainable in the long term. Every individual has a valuable impact here.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?

“Company culture” is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Wüest Partner. This is really something special here. The company attaches great importance to teamwork, community spirit, and employee commitment. This culture is reflected in the many company activities and events that take place regularly. The “we-feeling” and family atmosphere are very prevalent here, helping employees feel valued and motivated. There is also a real “WP spirit” running throughout the company, which you can feel every day in the office.

What has been the most exciting project for you so far and what did it involve?

There are several! Every new position we fill is an exciting project in itself. Accompanying the manager and candidate through the recruiting process and then closing the position is always a pleasure. Another exciting project is the current redesign of the Campus Experience. We are looking at how we can bring all the Wüest Partner Group brands together at campus events and appearances and combine them with cool, interactive games! It’s gamification in employer branding, so to speak.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

What I like most about working at Wüest Partner is the team and the working environment. Collaboration is encouraged and there are many opportunities to exchange ideas with colleagues and learn from one another. The family atmosphere and entrepreneurial spirit contribute to a positive working environment.
