What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?
Throughout my workday, I work on a variety of projects across different topics simultaneously. This diversity, along with quick turnarounds, means the work is always varied. I aim to shape the real estate market sustainably, so the many projects and topics give me a broad overview of the sector and allow me to acquire a wide range of knowledge. The learning curve is therefore consistently steep, and the employees and their in-depth knowledge play a key role in this.
What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?
Excellence, because we all give our best every day and try to deliver the best possible work to our clients.
What has been the most exciting project for you so far, and what did it involve?
Definitely organizing and implementing the Baukultur event series. Of course, there’s also a bit of surreptitious advertising here 🙂
What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I enjoy most is the exchange with my colleagues. I particularly appreciate the high level of interdisciplinarity. Not forgetting the company events and in-house yoga, of course.
