What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?
I help our clients with the valuation of their real estate portfolios and determining purchase prices. On a day-to-day basis, every project looks similar: meetings with clients (starting with a kick-off meeting), evaluating documents, preparing the report, and conducting viewings. But it’s a little different every time because the properties and clients, and their requirements, change.
What makes working at Wüest Partner special for you?
Definitely the team. I like my team in Berlin; I like the way we work together and the openness that prevails.
What has been the most exciting project for you so far and what did it involve?
When we valued a portfolio of logistics properties. In addition to the traditional valuation, I was also able to inspect some properties in the Netherlands and Austria.
