What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?
My mission is to make Wüest Partner the most innovative real estate company in Switzerland and to position ourselves as a pioneer in innovation. There is no typical daily routine for us; everything is extremely varied and meaningful. You interact with a lot of people and make things happen. There is always something new. There’s never a day without new insights or progress being made in some way.
What makes working at Wüest Partner special for you?
I associate it with a certain sense of pride because we have to work responsibly in a positive sense and because our work has a strong impact on society and the way we live together. It’s super motivating that you can educate yourself on a daily basis and at the same time be able to pursue your own interests.
What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?
Community – because at Wüest Partner, we have a community of highly qualified colleagues. The sense of community when you walk into the office is incomparable.
What has been the most exciting project for you so far and what did it involve?
Among other things, I’m responsible for the internal Kickbox Innovation Program, which promotes innovation within the company. Working together to promote new ideas in the company so that idea givers have the chance to realize their vision, and supporting them with the right coaching, is very exciting.
How do you make an impact at Wüest Partner?
As a real estate consultancy and valuation company, we naturally have a strong impact on society, as we can help shape the culture and built environment and thus the future environment. My personal impact is primarily on customer contacts and project development. We are also driving forward the digitalization of the real estate industry. We are at the forefront of technological change, digitalization, and innovation in the sector.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
The varied exchanges with employees at Wüest Partner. There are days when you sit quietly at your computer and work away. But there are also days when we have lots of meetings and discussions about new innovation projects. The exchanges with our in-house experts and colleagues are also a lot of fun.
