On behalf of a private client, Wüest Partner analyzed the key parameters such as density, mix of uses and proportion of open space of current site developments in Switzerland.
Uses in ground-floor areas were examined in greater detail in terms of segment and positioning. Vacancies and their spatial distribution were also subjected to analysis.
A total of 11 transformation areas in Switzerland were screened with regard to the following 6 categories:
- Use and economics.
- Sustainability, mobility, innovation
The study results in benchmarks and comparative values to better plan future area developments.
