Andreas Ammann is leaving Wüest Partner
Published: October 14, 2026
After nearly three decades, Andreas Ammann has decided to leave Wüest Partner effective December 31, 2026. Throughout his long career with the firm, he has had a significant impact on the company as a consultant and valuation expert, as well as a partner and leader. Wüest Partner extends its sincere thanks to him for his tremendous dedication.
Andreas Ammann, a certified architect (ETH) and real estate appraiser with a federal certificate, has been with Wüest Partner since 1999. For many years, he managed large institutional real estate appraisal mandates for pension funds, investment foundations, funds, corporations, and insurance companies. As a FINMA-accredited appraisal expert, he also served as an instructor in real estate valuation and shared his knowledge with professionals for many years.
As Managing Partner, Chairman of the Executive Board, and—beginning in 2017—as a member of the Board of Directors, he has played a key role in shaping the development of Wüest Partner, particularly its expansion into other European countries and the growth of its digitalization and sustainability divisions. In doing so, he also played a key role in the integration of subsidiaries and the establishment of the current Wüest Partner Group. He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Signa-Terre SA, one of the subsidiaries, until the next Annual General Meeting in 2027.
On behalf of the partnership, I would like to thank Andreas Ammann for his many years of outstanding service. Through his professional expertise and his personal qualities, he has had a lasting impact on our company and helped drive it forward. We wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.
Andreas Bleisch, Chairman of the Board of Directors
The handover of his responsibilities and internal duties has already been arranged, and the team is well-prepared for this.
