1985: Foundation

The cultural engineer Hannes Wüest and the architect Christian Gabathuler meet at the ETH Zurich. In a small room on Trittli­gasse in Zurich, the two of them start working together under the name “Wüest & Gabathuler, Raumplanung und Raumin­for­mation”, which today employs around 500 people at Wüest Partner.

1992: First Immo-Monitoring

The first release of the publi­cation, clad entirely in black, announces a major real estate crisis in Switzerland. Initially ridiculed in the industry, the company was soon held in high regard when the predicted crisis actually broke out shortly after­wards. Today, Immo-Monitoring is the leading digital platform for studies and real estate market data.

1998: Intro­duction of new valuation methods

With the intro­duction of the hedonic valuation method and discounted cash flow valuation, Wüest Partner further expands its data-driven valuation solutions. Today, the company carries out around 22,000 real estate valua­tions per year.

2007: Market entry in Germany

Wüest Partner ventures abroad and sets up its first branch in Germany in Frankfurt am Main. Two years later, Berlin is added. Today, Wüest Partner has five offices in Germany.

Datahouse

2014: Acqui­sition of Datahouse

Wüest Partner acquires the start-up company and ETH spin-off Datahouse, which struc­tures, combines and analyzes data and develops web appli­ca­tions. Today, it is one of Switzer­land’s leading companies in the field of data science, AI and software.

2016: Go-Live
Wüest Dimen­sions

Wüest Dimen­sions was initially used as a platform by the company’s own valuation specialists. In 2016, Wüest Dimen­sions was opened up to customers and further developed into a compre­hensive real estate management platform. Today, the SaaS platform manages assets worth CHF 300 billion, processes 20 million web services per month and supports over 10,000 active users throughout Europe.

Wüest Appraisal Launch

2019: Go-Live Wüest Appraisal und Wüest Visits

Wüest Partner continues to expand its software expertise and intro­duces the white-label valuation solution Wüest Appraisal and the mobile appli­cation Wüest Visits, which can be used to record the condition of real estate on site. Today, Wüest Partner offers a compre­hensive software portfolio for a broad target group.

Markteintritt in Frankreich

2020: Market entry in France

With the acqui­sition of Homadata, the company enters the French market. The first branch is in Paris.

In the same year, Durable, a Swiss company special­izing in the planning and consulting of future-oriented sustain­ability solutions in the construction and real estate market, is acquired.

2021: Signing of the SDGs

By signing the UN Sustainable Devel­opment Goals, Wüest Partner takes respon­si­bility towards its customers, employees and society. In addition, Wüest Partner joins the Principles for Respon­sible Investment (PRI) initiative.

Akquise von QualiCasa und Khephren, Mehrheits-beteiligung an Signa-Terre

2023: Strength­ening sustain­ability expertise

With the acqui­sition of Qualicasa and Khephren, as well as a majority stake in Signa-Terre, Wüest Partner strengthens its expertise in providing sustain­ability consulting and software.

Wüest Dimen­sions further expands its position as the leading tool for integrated real estate management with the release of investment management, AI features and the integration of compre­hensive ESG function­al­ities.

Eröffnung Entwicklungs-zentrum in Portugal

2024: Opening of devel­opment center in Portugal

The further expansion of compre­hensive software expertise is consis­tently pursued.
