40 years of development and innovation
The most important milestones of the Wüest Partner Group
1985: Foundation
The cultural engineer Hannes Wüest and the architect Christian Gabathuler meet at the ETH Zurich. In a small room on Trittligasse in Zurich, the two of them start working together under the name “Wüest & Gabathuler, Raumplanung und Rauminformation”, which today employs around 500 people at Wüest Partner.
1992: First Immo-Monitoring
The first release of the publication, clad entirely in black, announces a major real estate crisis in Switzerland. Initially ridiculed in the industry, the company was soon held in high regard when the predicted crisis actually broke out shortly afterwards. Today, Immo-Monitoring is the leading digital platform for studies and real estate market data.
1998: Introduction of new valuation methods
With the introduction of the hedonic valuation method and discounted cash flow valuation, Wüest Partner further expands its data-driven valuation solutions. Today, the company carries out around 22,000 real estate valuations per year.
2007: Market entry in Germany
Wüest Partner ventures abroad and sets up its first branch in Germany in Frankfurt am Main. Two years later, Berlin is added. Today, Wüest Partner has five offices in Germany.
2014: Acquisition of Datahouse

2016: Go-Live
Wüest Dimensions
Wüest Dimensions was initially used as a platform by the company’s own valuation specialists. In 2016, Wüest Dimensions was opened up to customers and further developed into a comprehensive real estate management platform. Today, the SaaS platform manages assets worth CHF 300 billion, processes 20 million web services per month and supports over 10,000 active users throughout Europe.
2019: Go-Live Wüest Appraisal und Wüest Visits
Wüest Partner continues to expand its software expertise and introduces the white-label valuation solution Wüest Appraisal and the mobile application Wüest Visits, which can be used to record the condition of real estate on site. Today, Wüest Partner offers a comprehensive software portfolio for a broad target group.
2020: Market entry in France
