A well-founded valuation not only depends on flexible capacities that are readily-deployable at short notice in proximity to local markets. It also requires uniform quality, methodology and reporting. Both are possible but require well-established processes and an efficient infrastructure. That is precisely what we offer for the valuation of your real estate at an international level. Our international valuation process is based on the following components:
- Ongoing training of our employees at locations throughout Europe, and around 40 external valuation experts in our home markets of Switzerland and Germany
- An international network of local appraisers in supporting activities
- Controlling of results by an internal unit to ensure uniform standards and identical reporting, including across several countries
- Semi-annual preparation of a report on world markets and a rating for 400 metropolitan areas and 114 countries worldwide, based on analyzed data from valuation research
