Wüest Partner and MSCI Collaborate to Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making
Published: October 2, 2026
The move combines MSCI’s global data with Wüest Dimensions, Wüest Partner’s leading real estate management platform. This will enable assets, portfolios, and funds to be planned, analyzed, and optimized effectively on a global scale—consistently data-driven and AI-enabled.
Berlin, September 30, 2026 — Wüest Partner and MSCI are expanding their collaboration, which was previously limited to Switzerland, to a global scale. Real estate owners, lenders, brokers, and appraisers will benefit from the best of both worlds: MSCI’s global transaction and benchmark data integrated into Wüest Partner’s leading real estate management platform for its EMEA-based users.
This full integration will enable faster valuations, planning, analysis, and optimization, supported by an enhanced data foundation alongside the AI and automation capabilities of Wüest Dimensions.
Now that the collaboration has been agreed upon, the integration of MSCI data into Wüest Dimensions is underway. The data will be rolled out to the platform gradually over the coming months. Wüest Partner and MSCI will provide more information regarding the specific applications.
In an increasingly complex market environment, the quality and breadth of data are becoming increasingly important for market analysis and decision-making. Vacancy rates, transactions, investment volumes, rental trends, and market cycles vary significantly by region, asset class, and location. For investors, owners, asset managers, and lenders, it is therefore increasingly important not only to monitor developments but also to place them in an international context and translate them into informed decisions.
Through its collaboration with MSCI, Wüest Partner is expanding its already extensive and unique data capabilities with additional international market data and benchmarking opportunities. These include RCA transaction data, investment benchmarks and information, as well as further market-related insights. For the Wüest Dimensions community, this provides an even stronger foundation for analysis, planning, and investment decisions.
“In the age of AI, the quality of decisions is not determined by technology alone. What matters is the quality of the data on which these technologies are built,” says Dr. Alain Chaney, Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Wüest Partner. “Our clients value the unique combination of market data, ratings, models, AI algorithms, and real estate expertise that we make accessible through our real estate management platform, Wüest Dimensions. Thanks to our collaboration with MSCI, we are now taking this to a global level.”
For clients with international portfolios, this collaboration creates greater opportunities to compare markets, transactions, and investment decisions across borders, enabling them to plan and manage their global assets and portfolios more effectively and optimize them holistically. Combining global market data with Wüest Partner’s real estate expertise and digital applications provides a stronger foundation for valuation, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
“Our collaboration with Wüest Partner combines MSCI’s global market data with extensive real estate expertise and concrete applications in the investment process,” says Shaleen Khatod, Global Head of Real Assets at MSCI. “Together, we can help clients who are seeking to better navigate complex market information and make more informed decisions.”
The interplay between global market data, benchmarks, and digital solutions will be explored at Wüest Partner’s EXPO REAL side event, “What Moves the Market?”, on October 5, 2026, in Munich. MSCI will share its perspective on the collaboration with Wüest Partner and provide insights into how data quality, comparability, and international market intelligence can help support better investment decisions.
Under the title “AI, Data & Trust—How Data Quality, Standards, and AI Are Shaping Investment Decisions in Real Estate and Infrastructure,” representatives from Wüest Partner, MSCI, and other partners will discuss how data can be leveraged in the investment decision-making process.
