Data collection of all published real estate transactions in Switzerland
You benefit from extensive information on past transactions related to real estate transactions throughout Switzerland.
For years, we have been systematically collecting data on real estate transactions published in Switzerland. Our transaction database grows annually with data from both the owner-occupied housing sector and investment properties. We also regularly add data from contracts concluded for rental apartments and office spaces.
In our database, you will find the following data:
- Transaction prices: Recording of more than 20,000 freehold transactions in the owner-occupied housing sector and around 500 transactions in investment properties each year.
- Rental contracts: Recording of just under 20,000 new leases of rental apartments and 2,000 leases of office space annually.
Transaction yields: Calculation of net and gross initial returns for the whole of Switzerland and major Swiss cities, based on more than 4000 observed transactions.
