What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?

I work as a Valuation Data Management Analyst in Berlin. My journey began as an intern before transitioning to a full-time role. I’m keen to deepen my knowledge in the valuation field and learn even more. My daily responsibilities include updating projects, importing rent indices, and managing data for property valuations.

What makes working at Wüest Partner special for you?

You definitely feel very welcome from the first moment and there’s always someone to talk to, no matter what issue you have. Team bonding is also very important to us – we often plan lunches and activities together outside of work. In addition, Wüest Partner offers the opportunity to work very flexibly in terms of time and location, which I really appreciate.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?

Flexibility. We spend a lot of time at work, and Wüest Partner is a very pleasant place to be. Whether it’s starting earlier or later or working from a different location, Wüest Partner gives us the flexibility to do that.

What has been the most exciting project for you so far and what did it involve?

A very important and exciting project is coming up soon for the Hamburg team. A lot of properties will be inspected, which I’ll be responsible for preparing. My work brings great added value to the team in Hamburg, which I find really rewarding.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I really enjoy working with my team. You just feel comfortable and I know that no matter what task comes up, I can turn to my colleagues in the VDM team. The tasks are also very varied. While the structure remains the same, the projects and contacts differ, and there’s always something new to learn. We face new challenges all the time, and it’s great to know that your team is always there to support you.
