Pascal Marazzi has decided to leave Wüest Partner effective June 30, 2026. His departure marks the conclusion of a long and defining career with the company. Wüest Partner sincerely thanks him for his strong commitment, entrepreneurial drive, and contribution to advancing the business’s valuation and consultancy services.

Over many years, Pascal Marazzi managed major institutional real estate valuation mandates for pension funds, investment foundations, funds, publicly listed corporations, and insurance companies. In addition, he made a significant contribution to the design and implementation of digital solutions, in particular the DCF module within Wüest Dimensions and Wüest Visits. He also played a key role in leading the collaboration with MSCI/IPD and representing Wüest Partner within the international EVA valuation network.

On behalf of the partnership, I would like to thank Pascal Marazzi for nearly 30 years of service to our company. Through his expertise in valuing institutional real estate portfolios, his contribution to developing our international valuation business, and his commitment to advancing our digital solutions, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Wüest Partner. We wish him all the best in his personal and professional future.
