Wüest Partner receives Great Place to Work® certification for Germany and Switzerland

Wüest Partner has been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification for both Germany and Switzerland. With this certification, the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work recognizes Wüest Partner’s special commitment to shaping workplace culture.

The Great Place to Work certification is based on the Trust Index™, a standardized and internationally recognized survey tool. Between June 2022 and early July 2023, Wüest Partner employees in Germany and Switzerland were asked to review 60 statements regarding its workplace culture. The topics included trust in managers, team spirit, esteem, respect, and identification with the company. The final evaluation is determined using the Trust Index™ score, which calculates the average of all standardized Trust Index™ statements.
Wüest Partner Germany scored an impressive 79% on the Trust Index™, while Wüest Partner Switzerland ranked even higher at 86%. These outstanding results underscore Wüest Partner’s commitment to creating a positive and trusting work environment in which employees feel valued and supported.
