“We work together to find solutions for our clients that are practical and effective.”

What is your mission at Wüest Partner, and what does your typical workday look like?

My mission as Engagement Manager is to guide clients through the technical onboarding process for our real estate management platform, Wüest Dimensions, and ensure they get off to a smooth start. I act as the link between clients, property managers, IT partners, and our internal teams.

My day-to-day work is very varied: I coordinate onboarding projects, clarify requirements, migrate data, align interfaces, and bring the right people together. It requires technical understanding, structure, and, above all, plenty of communication.

What makes working at Wüest Partner special for you?

For me, working at Wüest Partner means being part of a company where a great deal of expertise comes together, and collaboration is truly part of everyday life here. We work together to find solutions for our clients that are practical and effective.

It’s exactly this mix of specialist knowledge, technology, and teamwork that makes the work so exciting for me.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of WP, and why?

Cooperation. At Wüest Partner, I experience every day how well people work together internally. Especially in onboarding, we work closely with different teams such as Product, Key Account Management, and Real Estate Consulting. I really value being able to draw on so much expertise and solve challenges together instead of working on them alone. Bringing together different perspectives is what ultimately leads to the best solutions for our clients.

What has been your coolest/most exciting project so far, and what was your role?

I can’t really narrow it down to a single project. Every onboarding project is exciting in its own way because every client has different systems, data structures, processes, and requirements. You always have to think outside the box to understand the different starting points, structure the challenges, and find the best solution together with the client and our internal teams. This is exactly what makes the role so varied.

How do you have an impact at Wüest Partner?

As an Engagement Manager, I make an impact by translating complex onboarding projects into a clear path towards go-live. Many requirements, systems, and people often come together, and my job is to bring structure to the process and ensure that Wüest Dimensions is successfully implemented for the client.

What I particularly appreciate at Wüest Partner is that ideas are taken seriously, regardless of your role or level. If you want to improve something, you can put forward your idea and often help shape the outcome directly. This creates impact not only in client projects but also internally, as we learn from every project and continually improve our processes.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

What I enjoy most is that no two projects are the same. Every client brings different systems, data, and requirements, which keeps the work varied and means I’m constantly learning.

I particularly like the mix of technology, project management, and working with people. It’s a great feeling when you solve complex issues such as data migrations or interfaces together, and everything works smoothly in the end.
