What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?
I want to make Wüest Partner an even more attractive employer. To achieve this goal, my day-to-day work involves a wide variety of tasks: The further development of internal staff development programs, networking, strategy discussions with stakeholders, managing or working on a wide range of HR projects, and typical recruiting activities.
As we all know, the whole is more than just the sum of its parts, and this is also the case here. This multifaceted mix gives me a broad view of Wüest Partner and allows me to make the best possible contribution.
What has been the most exciting project for you so far and what did it involve?
The most exciting project so far has definitely been developing a group-wide rotational traineeship within the company, which was also very well received by the applicants and will certainly continue on a larger scale in the future. It’s been a complete success and projects like this are just a lot of fun!

The variety in my day-to-day and a challenge from time to time! It never gets boring at Wüest Partner.
