I am an urbanist and strategy consultant – with passion and conviction. My focus at Wüest Partner is innovation, both in my client projects and within the company. How do people want to live and work together in the future? What new forms of housing and workspace environ­ments will create more value for users and owners? And how can we achieve an even better balance between return on investment and sustain­ability in the future?

As a strategy consultant, I develop innov­ative concepts for every­thing from small-scale real estate projects to entire neigh­bor­hoods. I also look for future-oriented solutions and new standards alongside investors, devel­opers, and owners.

As Director of Innovation, I define processes, network, coordinate, and coach within the company, so that ideas become innova­tions. My aim? To advance the entire industry toward sustain­ability.

It was already clear to me during my doctorate in archi­tecture and urban planning at ETH (the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich) that I wanted to join Wüest Partner. The impact you have on the built environment here is enormous. In addition, the employees have great freedom to set their own prior­ities and develop personally.

When I started working here, I was pleas­antly surprised because no matter who you talk to, you get something out of every conver­sation. I really appre­ciate this open inter­action and exchange. Anyone who takes the initiative can benefit from the huge amount of knowledge within the company.
