What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?

My typical workday involves a wide variety of real estate valuation tasks. I manage various valuation mandates, special­izing in residential and senior living. I am supported daily by a well-coordinated team, without whom the number of properties could not be valued to the same quality. In general, every day is rarely like the last and requires innov­ative solutions, especially in the current market.

The work is rounded off by regular events and activ­ities that bring the entire group together, sometimes over several days and in different countries.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?

Innovation. Wüest Partner is a company that always strives to find the best solutions for the real estate sector. Partic­u­larly in the areas of digital­ization and sustain­ability, the pace of devel­opment in recent years has been remarkable. I find it impressive that many ideas and subse­quent products have emerged from the curiosity and innov­ative drive of our employees. Wüest Partner offers excellent condi­tions for precisely this.

What has been the most exciting project for you so far, and what did it involve?

Aside from the ongoing project work, which has involved many inter­esting and challenging projects due to the positive market condi­tions in recent years, helping to design and develop the Wüest Dimen­sions valuation platform for Germany was very exciting. The fact that the platform is used by employees and licensees on a daily basis is a nice confir­mation in retro­spect.

How do you make an impact at Wüest Partner?

Wüest Partner provides a lot of room for personal devel­opment and creativity. There are multiple ways for everyone to influence both day-to-day business opera­tions and their own working day. For example, I recently launched a project via Wüest Partner’s innovation platform to evaluate the fast-growing asset class of infra­structure facil­ities (including wind farms and photo­voltaic instal­la­tions) and received a budget to implement my idea.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I am constantly amazed by the high degree of creative freedom, the wide range of activ­ities, and the best-in-class mentality. Of course, that’s only fun in a great team like ours!
