What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?
At Wüest Partner, my mission is clearly defined: to deliver well-structured and functional code. I want to act with foresight and always ensure good communication. I also like to contribute my own ideas and suggestions to advance both the team and Wüest Partner as a whole.
My typical working day starts with an overview of any outstanding issues as well as important project updates or priorities. I then start adapting the code, always with the stakeholders’ requirements and wishes in mind. Throughout the day, I also attend meetings, estimate workloads, or check other developers’ code.
When I finish coding a feature or bug, it gets reviewed. Sometimes adjustments have to be made before it can be merged with the main branch. Overall, my day-to-day is varied and challenging, and it is important to me to work on continuously improving Wüest Partner’s products and processes.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Wüest Partner, and why?
Innovation. Because in software development, we strive to incorporate the latest tools and developments into our day-to-day work wherever possible, as well as to integrate them into product development.
What has been the most exciting project for you so far, and what did it involve?
When I developed a prototype for a future project. I was responsible for almost the entire client development, which was very interesting for me.
