Nicolas Demierre appointed CEO of Signa-Terre

Signa-Terre, part of the Wüest Partner Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicolas Demierre as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2025. He succeeds Laurent Isoard, co-founder of the company, who will continue to contribute his expertise in innovation, IT system archi­tecture, and customer relationship management.

Nicolas Demierre joined Signa-Terre in early 2023 as Director of Devel­opment and has since played a key role in expanding the company’s activ­ities and devel­oping solutions to support the energy transition in the real estate sector. With extensive experience in supporting munic­i­pal­ities and insti­tu­tional real estate owners, he brings a strategic vision that aligns with the ambitions of both Signa-Terre and the Wüest Partner Group.

This appointment reflects strong momentum for growth and innovation, aimed at enhancing Signa-Terre’s contri­bution to the decar­bonization of the Swiss real estate sector. This carefully planned leadership transition ensures both conti­nuity and stability, while opening the door to new oppor­tu­nities. Nicolas Demierre’s deep under­standing of energy and forward-thinking approach will be valuable to Signa-Terre’s clients.

Going forward, the management of Signa-Terre will be led by Nicolas Demierre, in collab­o­ration with Olivier Ouzilou and Laurent Isoard. This new chapter marks a strengthened commitment to expanding the company’s services in environ­mental monitoring, energy optimization, and the decar­bonization of real estate portfolios. Signa-Terre also aims to deepen its synergies with the Wüest Partner Group to provide compre­hensive and integrated support for sustainable real estate.
