Change in the Exec­u­tive Board of Wüest Part­ner

The part­ner­ship of the Wüest Part­ner Group has appoint­ed Nico Müller to the Exec­u­tive Board as of May 1, 2025. He suc­ceeds Gino Fiorentin.

Nico Müller has been with the Wüest Part­ner Group for ten years, as a part­ner since 2023 and as CEO of the sub­sidiary Qual­i­casa since 2024. As an accred­it­ed real estate val­uer, the qual­i­fied archi­tect is involved in a wide range of val­u­a­tion man­dates and also sup­ports investors in com­plex project devel­op­ments. He is also an active mem­ber of the Roy­al Insti­tu­tion of Char­tered Sur­vey­ors (MRICS) and the Urban Land Insti­tute (ULI). In his new role on the Group Exec­u­tive Board, he will be respon­si­ble for the suc­cess­ful fur­ther devel­op­ment of the Real Estate Experts divi­sion. He replaces Gino Fiorentin, who has held this posi­tion as a mem­ber of the Exec­u­tive Board for the past six years.
