Nicolas Demierre appointed CEO of Signa-Terre

Signa-Terre, part of the Wüest Partner Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicolas Demierre as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2025. He succeeds Laurent Isoard, co-founder of the company, who will continue to contribute his expertise in innovation, IT system architecture, and customer relationship management.

Nicolas Demierre joined Signa-Terre in early 2023 as Director of Development and has since played a key role in expanding the company’s activities and developing solutions to support the energy transition in the real estate sector. With extensive experience in supporting municipalities and institutional real estate owners, he brings a strategic vision that aligns with the ambitions of both Signa-Terre and the Wüest Partner Group.

This appointment reflects strong momentum for growth and innovation, aimed at enhancing Signa-Terre’s contribution to the decarbonization of the Swiss real estate sector. This carefully planned leadership transition ensures both continuity and stability, while opening the door to new opportunities. Nicolas Demierre’s deep understanding of energy and forward-thinking approach will be valuable to Signa-Terre’s clients.

Going forward, the management of Signa-Terre will be led by Nicolas Demierre, in collaboration with Olivier Ouzilou and Laurent Isoard.
