Historical real estate valua­tions

Historical real estate appraisals provide you with reliable, historical market values of your properties for inher­i­tance and property law disputes, as well as for real estate gains tax decla­ra­tions.

In addition to current property valua­tions, Wüest Partner also offers historical valua­tions.  Depending on the defin­ition of the assignment, we perform these using valuation methods from the relevant period.  In addition to public statistics, our data basis is based on our own historical adver­tise­ments as well as rental and purchase contract data. In most cases, our time series go back to the 1980s, in some cases to the 1970s, and in individual cases to 1930. Wüest Partner has been publishing national and regional trans­action price indices for residential properties since 1985. Our price indices for multi-family houses and for commercial buildings date back to 1930.
