The “Development Atlas” is a GIS-based database with over 900 sites that are in transformation or at least suitable for it. It contains all sites known to Wüest Partner that are relevant for the development of the respective communities and regions. The database is continuously updated, expanded and supplemented by an editor, using a reporting system and automated spatial monitoring. The area-related data comes from several sources, including spatial planning offices and economic development agencies. In particular, the following information is systematically recorded for each development site:

- Involved actors
- Possible future uses
- Potential floor area
- Land registry and planning law information
