What is your mission at Wüest Partner, and what does your typical workday look like?

My mission at Wüest Partner is to create a sound basis for future-oriented decisions in the real estate sector. I am driven by the ambition to make complex inter­re­la­tion­ships under­standable and bring together economic, planning, and social perspec­tives, thus contributing to the sustainable devel­opment of living spaces. These goals shape my everyday work: I value existing properties and devel­opment projects, analyze locations and markets, and develop utilization concepts and property strategies. Alongside analytical project work, I partic­u­larly value direct inter­action with our clients and site visits, which provide additional insight into the specific spatial condi­tions and challenges of each project.

I partic­u­larly appre­ciate having access to our unique knowledge and data foundation, which enables us to analyze complex inter­re­la­tion­ships in depth and with a high degree of relia­bility. What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of WP, and why?

The first word that comes to mind is devel­opment. It stands for the continuous improvement of our methods, processes, and solutions. It also describes the profes­sional and personal growth that comes from exchanging ideas within the team and with clients. At the same time, the word reflects my personal focus on real estate devel­opment, which signif­i­cantly enriches and shapes my day-to-day work.

What has been your coolest/most exciting project so far, and what was your role?

Projects in which we support devel­opment initia­tives from the first strategic consid­er­a­tions through conception and imple­men­tation are especially exciting to me. In such mandates, I can combine my planning experience with real estate economics. In doing so, I align economic valua­tions with conceptual consid­er­a­tions and act as the link between planning teams and investors. I find it partic­u­larly fasci­nating when initial ideas, well-founded analyses, and utilization concepts evolve into concrete projects that are later realized. This path from conceptual vision to built result already inspired me as an architect, and remains a key driver in my role at Wüest Partner today.

How do you have an impact at WP?

I create added value by providing strategic support for project devel­op­ments and helping our clients make key decisions. My focus is on creating a sound basis for decision-making, analyzing complex inter­re­la­tion­ships, and contributing to the devel­opment of sustainable strategies. In doing so, I bring real estate economics expertise into complex processes to help create long-term perspec­tives and sustainable solutions. In inter­dis­ci­plinary teams, I promote exchange between specialist areas and support integrated approaches to devel­opment issues. I am also involved in lectures and teaching events, contributing to profes­sional dialogue within the industry.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

What I enjoy most is working as a team and solving challenging tasks together. It is motivating to see how different perspec­tives come together to develop innov­ative solutions. I partic­u­larly value the open collab­o­ration, mutual learning, and the oppor­tunity to grow both profes­sionally and personally through shared success.
