«The Circle»: Balance sheet valuation

Located directly in Zurich Airport’s terminal, «The Circle» is one of the largest and most spectacular high-rise buildings in Switzerland. Based on the design of Japanese architect Riken Yamamoto, the building features an excep­tional and sustainable archi­tec­tural identity. 

Wüest Partner has been entrusted by the two co-owners, Flughafen Zürich AG and Swiss Life AG, with the ongoing valuation of the property from the very beginning. This included land, construction and eventual completion. The valuation processes are based on the standards and guide­lines of property valuation customary in the industry.

The valua­tions are carried out using Wüest Partner’s Wüest Dimen­sions software, which has been developed to meet the latest require­ments. The software not only ensures homoge­neous results but also enables detailed analyses and conclu­sions to be drawn to maintain the value of properties.
