Trans­action data

You benefit from extensive infor­mation on past trans­ac­tions related to real estate trans­ac­tions throughout Switzerland.

For years, we have been system­at­i­cally collecting data on real estate trans­ac­tions published in Switzerland. Our trans­action database grows annually with data from both the owner-occupied housing sector and investment properties.  We also regularly add data from contracts concluded for rental apart­ments and office spaces.

In our database, you will find the following data:

• Trans­action prices: Recording of more than 20,000 freehold trans­ac­tions in the owner-occupied housing sector and around 500 trans­ac­tions in investment properties each year.

• Rental contracts: Recording of just under 20,000 new leases of rental apart­ments and 2,000 leases of office space annually.

Trans­action yields: Calcu­lation of net and gross initial returns for the whole of Switzerland and major Swiss cities, based on more than 4000 observed trans­ac­tions.
