Real estate indices provide information on trends in the real estate markets. You benefit from regularly updated indices, structured for you in tabular or graphical form.
Wüest Indices
Wüest Partner publishes an asking price index for Switzerland as a whole and for individual regions. The asking price indices are calculated for rental apartments, condominiums and single-family homes, as well as office, commercial and retail spaces.
The transaction price index comprises a large-scale index on properties of medium size and quality for the whole of Switzerland or one of eight market regions. The small-scale indices can also be differentiated by property type and are shown for the selected region, as well as the surrounding canton and the whole of Switzerland. On request, we can also include other indices.
WUPIX‑A and WUPIX‑F are internationally applicable standards developed by Wüest Partner. The indices are adjusted for dividend payments and apply to the shares of listed real estate companies (WUPIX‑A), listed real estate funds (WUPIX‑F) and real estate investment foundations (KGAST Immo-Index). The Swiss Performance Index (SPI) is used for comparison.
The metropolitan rating is compiled for 80 cities worldwide. There is also a rating for the respective countries. This allows internationally active investors to gather initial indications of a location and compare important cities with each other.
