After performing several acqui­sition valua­tions for an insti­tu­tional investor, we also carried out balance sheet valua­tions for two portfolios in the DACH region for the client. With the help of the balance sheet valua­tions, a tool was developed to create property strategies for each property. This successful cooper­ation then also extended to the devel­opment of decision-making frame­works on issues surrounding sustain­ability or targeted location analyses. In addition, the client now uses several modules of our various appli­ca­tions to perform efficient and detailed analyses of the portfolio itself.
