Wüest Dimensions is an innovative web application, which opens new dimensions in real estate economy and valuations. It combines all relevant valuation methods with current location and market information and also incorporates benchmarks and ratings. Wüest Dimensions integrates the following valuation methods:

Discounted cash flow (DCF)

Stand-alone application for business clients or Internet access via a virtual private network (VPN). 
The DCF method is suitable for both individual and portfolio valuations and for simulations.

Hedonic valuation models for owner-occupied housing

Internet application for business clients; tailored implementation of the valuation functions on the client’s internal IT platforms is possible.
The hedonic valuation models for Switzerland are based on statistical comparison methods for single-family houses and owner-occupied housing. Current transactions for similar properties comprise the respective background data.

Capitalisation model

Internet application for business clients; tailored implementation of the valuation functions on the client’s internal IT platforms is possible.
Simple and precise valuation model for investment properties, based on long-term rental income as well as operating and maintenance costs.
