General account topics
The Wüest Partner user account gives you access to exclusive market information, products and events. Create your own knowledge database with your favorite publications and downloads.
The Wüest Partner account is free of charge.
You have the option to purchase certain products separately for a fee.
Register on the following page: My account. For the registration you need a valid e-mail address.
After entering your data and clicking on “Register” you will receive an email with a confirmation link and an automatically created password. Please click on the link to access your account and change your password under “Account Settings/Profile Details”.
You can log in to your account with one click and without entering your password by requesting a Magic Link via email. To request the link, please click on “Log in without your password”.
You can enter both your business e-mail address and your private e-mail address. You will receive notifications only to your primary email address and in case you change companies, you can continue to use your account with the private email address.
Frequent operational topics
You can reset your password at any time.
To do this, go to the following page: My account. Under “Login” click on “Lost your password”.
Then enter your e-mail address and click on “Reset password”. You will then receive an email to reset your password. To reset your password, please click on the link contained in the email.
You can save our insights such as publications, success stories or blog posts as favourites. Click on the + in the image for the respective Insights. After the click, the + becomes an icon and this post is now marked as a favourite.
You can find your favourites in your personal account under “Activity/Favourites”.
To remove a post from your favourites, click on the icon in the image and the mark will be removed.
If you have downloaded a publication, for example, you will find this and your other downloads in your account under “Downloads”.
To book an event, visit our event pages.
As a registered user, you can book events simply by clicking “Register” and “Confirm” on the checkout page without having to enter your data.
As soon as your participation is confirmed, you will find your event in your account under “Activity/Events”.
If you want to change your password and you are logged in, click on “Account Settings/Profile Details” in your account. After a successful change you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
To change your billing address, click on “Edit” under “Account Settings/Address” in your user account.
To change your email address, please click on “Account Settings/Profile Details” in your user account. After a successful change you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
During the checkout process you can freely enter the desired billing address.
