My job at Wüest Partner is to carry out real estate valuations that integrate sustainability. A typical workday starts with data collection and analysis, followed by intensive discussions with colleagues and client interactions. I work closely with sustainability experts to ensure that our valuations are comprehensive and meet the highest quality standards. My goal is to provide our clients with high-quality, future-oriented real estate valuations that also consider sustainability factors.

What has been the most exciting project for you so far, and what did it involve?

My most exciting project at Wüest Partner was a data center valuation. I did a lot of research, visited sites, and worked with technical experts. The challenge was to apply conventional real estate valuation methods to the specific requirements of data centers. This project was particularly exciting as it established the link between real estate valuation and technology and highlighted the strategic importance of data centers for digital business processes. It was a very rewarding experience.
