Four new partners at Wüest Partner

Last update: September 13, 2024

Wüest Partner is very pleased to announce the appointment of four new partners from its own ranks. Robert Weinert, Andreas Häni, Nico Müller, and Vincent Clapasson have joined the partnership as of January 1, 2023.

Robert Weinert studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and subsequently completed his doctorate at both HSG and the University of New South Wales in Sydney. He joined Wüest Partner in 2010, where, for several years, he has been responsible for Immo-Monitoring and co-leads the research team. He is increasingly focusing on international developments and trends, stating: “Today, the Swiss real estate market is more strongly influenced by global interests than ever before, which is partly due to the closer connections between international central banks. At the same time, we would like to be able to provide our clients with even more relevant data, information, and insights as a basis for decision-making at an international level.”

Andreas Häni, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), studied architecture at ETH Zurich and joined Wüest Partner in 2014. He focuses on portfolio, individual, and special property valuation,  strategic consulting in the field of project developments and real estate management, and application development. Highlighting the importance of correctly interpreted data and information in decision-making, he notes: “In a constantly changing environment, it is all the more important to be able to base decisions on correctly interpreted data and information. Not least, this leads to increased efficiency, which allows more focus to be placed on creative aspects.”

Nico Müller advises on property and portfolio strategies as well as project development, building law, and market regulations. He is an accredited real estate appraiser and specializes in acquisition, divestiture, financing, and portfolio valuations. After completing his architectural studies at ETH Zurich, he joined Wüest Partner in 2015. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Developing sustainable solutions at an early stage is particularly close to his heart: “We are facing major challenges in our built environment: questions about integral sustainability, future mobility and living models, and housing affordability are the greatest challenges of our time, and we need to actively address them now.”

Vincent Clapasson, an accredited property valuer and graduate of the Institut d’études Immobilières in Geneva, joined Wüest Partner as Director in 2020 and has headed our Geneva office since January 2022. He has expertise in individual and portfolio valuations of all types of property as well as project development. In addition, he develops real estate strategies and conducts feasibility studies. It is particularly important to him to help our clients create sustainable value by offering a wide range of services: “With a multidisciplinary team, we can support every player in the real estate market at every stage –– from data collection and valuations to targeted advice regarding sustainability issues.”

Andreas Bleisch, Chairman of the Board of Directors, states: “We warmly congratulate the newly appointed partners and welcome them to our partnership. With their expert knowledge and proven entrepreneurial skills, they will play a key role in shaping the future of the company. We very much look forward to our continued collaboration.”
