Last update: September 13, 2024

Wüest Partner is delighted to announce the appointment of three new partners from its own ranks. Jacqueline Schweizer, Christoph Axmann, and Rüdiger Hornung have joined the partnership as of 1 January 2022.

Jacqueline Schweizer is a geographer who has been working with Wüest Partner since 2012. Among other things, she is also a spatial modeling and analysis specialist and has played a key role in driving application development forward in recent years: «New data and technology hold a great potential for the real estate industry. Thanks to our proximity to the market and our interdisciplinary knowledge, coupled with the right instinct, we successfully anticipate customer needs and develop digital products as a first mover. By fostering innovation and continuously developing our applications, we are always one step ahead.»

Christoph Axmann is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) who has studied industrial engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Constance and has been with Wüest Partner since 2012. His work focuses on portfolio, individual and special property valuation, strategic real estate management consulting, as well as application development in the valuation method and portfolio management field: «Big data, rapidly changing market conditions, and new regulations must be correctly assessed to ensure sound real estate valuations and consulting. In doing so, we rely on human and digital intelligence, which enables us to contribute to the value creation of our customers.»

Rüdiger Hornung joined Wüest Partner in 2018 after holding various positions in the real estate industry and currently heads the Munich office. An architect, real estate economist (EBS), and RICS Fellow since 2014, he has been making a name for himself in the real estate industry since 2008, focusing, among other things, on sustainability issues: «Climate change is one of the biggest challenges and the real estate market must do its part to achieve climate goals. ESG has taken a key role in the strategic direction.»

Andreas Bleisch, President of the Board: «On behalf of the Wüest Partner Group, we sincerely congratulate the newly appointed partners and welcome them to our partnership. They are renowned experts and great colleagues. We are very much looking forward to continuing to shape the future of Wüest Partner with them.»
